Mrs. Rasmussen's 1st/2nd Grade

 

Hello, my name is Linda Rasmussen and I am a 1st/2nd-grade teacher at Hazel Fischer Elementary School. I have been teaching in the Vallecito Union School District and at Hazel Fischer since 1999. I started off my career as a K-3 Reading Intervention Teacher, then moved into a 1st-grade teaching position for many years, before changing to 2nd-grade for the last several years.

 

I live in Angels Camp with my husband and two lively dogs. I have two grown children. This summer I became a first-time grandmother, and  I am in love with my new role. I enjoy reading, playing with my dogs, relaxing by the pool, and spending lots of time with my family and extended family.

 

I am looking forward to the 2019-2020 school year and meeting each and every one of you!
